BRABUS Social Media Contest @ IAA 2019

Participation and privacy policy

The following terms and conditions be valid for all participants of the Facebook and Instagram contest “share your perfect BRABUS moment” of the BRABUS GmbH

1. The contest is organized from BRABUS GmbH, Brabus-Allee, D-46240 Bottrop as operator of the BRABUS Facebook account (brabus) and the BRABUS Instagram account (theofficialbrabus).
2. Your information will only be used for terms of the contest. Participation on the contest is only possible under the conditions listed here. 
3. By participation, the participant expressly acknowledges these conditions of participation.
4. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without noticing the participants and without stating any reasons.
5. Only people that are over age of 14 Years and have a public profile on Facebook or Instagram are allowed to participate the contest.
6. Employees of BRABUS GmbH or one of its subsidiaries are excluded from participating the contest. 
7. The contest will start on Thursday 12th of September at 12:01 pm and will end on Sunday at 11:59 pm. Each participant has only once during the period (12.-22.09.2019) the chance of winning. 
8. You can win once a day an exclusive tour through the BRABUS factory in D-46240 Bottrop, Brabus-Allee on Friday, 8th of November 2019 from 2 pm to 5 pm for two person. 
9. Journey, catering and other additional costs are not included in the prize and must be paid by the winners. 
10. The prize is non-transferable and can not be changed or paid.
11. To registrate for the contest you have to post a picture of your perfect BRABUS moment and a description of it, provided with the hashtag #brabus_iaa and mention @brabus (Facebook) or @theofficialbrabus (Instagram) in it.
12.  Pictures that violate the Facebook guidelines, German law, our netiquette and / or the copyright will be removed after notice. The participant is excluded from the raffle.
13. The winners will be drawn randomly after every day to the exclusion of public.
14. It will be raffled alternately on the two platforms (on 12th of September 2019 on Facebook, on 13nd  September 2019 on Instagram,…).
15. The winners will be contact via direct message on Facebook or Instagram. They have to confirm their winning within 7 working days (from the notification) to the BRABUS Facebook (brabus) or Instagram (theofficialbrabus) account via direct message. If they do not confirm their prize during this time, their claim to the prize will be forfeited without replacement. It will be determined a replacement winner by the same procedure. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
16. Insofar as personal data of participants are collected in the context of the contest, these are collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the contest and deleted afterwards. The participant expressly agrees with this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time. In this case, the participant also declares not to participate the contest anymore.
17. The pictures of all participants can be used for the Facebook and Instagram channel of BRABUS (brabus and theofficialbrabus) during de contest. The pictures of the winners can be used for the Facebook channel (brabus), for the Instagram channel (theofficialbrabus), the newsletter and for the website of BRABUS.
18. THIS CONTEST IS NOT ASSOCIATED TO FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM AND IS NOT SPONSORED, SUPPORTED OR ORGANIZED BY FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM IN ANY WAY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, ALL PARTICIPANTS MAKE FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM FREE OF ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST. FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM ARE NOT AVAILABLE AS CONTACT PERSON FOR THE COMPETITION.
19. The legal process is excluded.
